telo is an independent, unregistered NDIS provider. That means we can support participants whose relevant funding is plan-managed or self-managed. We cannot directly claim NDIA-managed funding.

Plan-managed

We send clear, itemised invoices to your nominated plan manager.

Self-managed

Invoices go to you or your nominated invoice recipient for payment and claiming.

Before support starts

A few useful answers.

Can I choose which supports I receive?

Yes. Your goals, preferences and available funding shape your supports. We will explain what we can provide and document the agreed services, rates and terms before the first shift.

Can I meet my support worker first?

Yes. A good match matters. We consider your support needs, personality, interests, schedule and preferences, and you can tell us if a match does not feel right.

How soon can support begin?

It depends on your preferred schedule and the right worker match, but support can often begin within a week once the details and service agreement are complete.

How do I make a referral?

You can refer yourself or someone you support. Use our online referral form, email referrals@telo.au, or call 0420 673 303. We reply within one business day.

Ready for a friendly first chat?

Tell us what a good week looks like for you.

No pressure and no jargon. We will listen, check whether we are the right fit and explain the next step clearly.
