Terms of Use
Last updated 16 June 2026
Note: These website terms are a general starting template. They cover use of this website only — not the agreement for supports you receive, which is set out separately in a service agreement. Please have them reviewed by a qualified professional before you rely on them.
These terms apply to your use of the TELO website at telo.au (the “site”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About this site
This site provides general information about TELO and the NDIS supports we offer. It is for general information only and is not professional, medical or legal advice. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that supports are available to you, which depends on your NDIS plan and our capacity.
Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- use it in a way that could damage, disable or impair the site;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems;
- submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms; or
- copy, reproduce or republish our content without our permission.
Referral and enquiry forms
When you submit a referral or enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it — including where you provide information about another person. We handle the information you submit in line with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on this site — including text, graphics, logos and illustrations — is owned by or licensed to TELO and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. We may change or remove content, or suspend the site, at any time without notice.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those sites, and a link does not imply our endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, TELO is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above.
